Watch this 5-minute video on how
to increase your Zestimate –
the value that Zillow somewhat
arbitrarily assigns your home.

If you are planning to sell your
home and Zillow’s Zestimate is
lower than you believe it should be,
here are some tips on how to raise it.

The first thing you want to do is go to Zillow. com, type your address in the search bar and find your home. You’ll need to click on Owner Info and claim this property as your own.

Once you’ve done that, click on Review Facts.  Verify that the info is correct, make any changes necessary, and save your changes.

You may see a change in the Zestimate right away or it may take a few weeks, so give it some time and see if that helps.  Learning how to increase your Zestimate can help us all increase the accuracy of Zillow in general if you feel your home value is artificially low.
